LOONA Velvet Matte Top gives a velvet finish over color. Let the surface cool after curing before touching it or applying cuticle oil.

Instructions & Downloads

  1. Apply a thin coat over the color.
  2. Cure 1 minute in LED or 2 minutes in UV.
  3. Avoid touching nails for 60 seconds after cure; let them cool before applying cuticle oil, as LOONA directs.
