Unicorn Flakes brings pale lilac and rainbow reflections in visible, iridescent pieces. Scattered over your chosen base, the flakes add light and color while leaving space for the shade beneath to show. Try them with a milky palette, over soft lilac or around small abstract shapes. The irregular reflections give the design a layered character, with different flashes appearing as the hand moves.

Product details

  • Decorative chrome flakes supplied in a jar.
  • For a burnished chrome-style finish or a scattered flake effect.
  • Apply over a compatible gel surface and seal with a gel top coat.
  • The underlying gel color influences the final effect.
  • Base color reference: Spotlight (W01).
Application
  1. Apply a thin, even layer of BEMI Ultra Shine Top Coat over your cured BEMI gel polish.
  2. Cure for 30–60 seconds in LED or 2 minutes in UV. Do not cleanse.
  3. Using a makeup sponge, brush or silicone tool, gently buff a small amount of Unicorn Flakes over the cured no-wipe surface for a chrome-style effect.
  4. Gently brush away any excess flakes.
  5. Apply BEMI Ultra Shine Top Coat, fully covering the flakes and sealing the free edge and sides.
  6. Cure for 30–60 seconds in LED or 2 minutes in UV. No cleansing is required after curing.

For a scattered flake effect

Press a small amount of flakes onto the tacky layer of cured gel color, leaving the individual flakes visible. Gently brush away loose flakes, seal with BEMI Ultra Shine, and cure for 30–60 seconds in LED or 2 minutes in UV. No final wipe is needed.
