Instructions & Downloads

  1. Assess the feet before starting and keep the work within your professional scope. Avoid compromised skin or any area that needs medical assessment.
  2. In the professional protocol, apply Callus Softener and allow at least 2–3 minutes, until the skin is slightly tacky rather than wet, before filing.
  3. Use controlled strokes: coarse for reduction, then fine to smooth. Recheck the skin often and stop before tenderness or irritation.
  4. Clean the reusable file with mild soap, water and a soft brush. Then complete the required disinfection or sterilization process using a method suitable for the file.
